A zoning map amendment is being considered to convert a 1.99 acre property from Residential Standard Density (RS) zoning to Residential Medium (RM) making it consistent with the city’s Comprehensive Plan Map. Development plans have not been established at this time.
The property is a vacant parcel of land on the south side of Reed Market between Stone Creek Apartments and the canal (365 SE Reed Market Rd).
