The City of Bend recently received an  application for a 253-lot subdivision in the  RS Zoning District of the Stevens Ranch  Master Plan.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that  you or anyone else may give comments in  writing to the city regarding this application.  The last day to mail or email comments is  Thursday, December 16, 2021. Comments  should be sent to the staff reviewer identified  below and must include the project number.

LOCATION: 21425 Stevens Road; Tax Lot 200 on Deschutes County Assessor’s  Map 18-12-11.

REQUEST: A land division application for a 253-lot subdivision on 48.8 acres in  the RS zone for Phases 1 and 2 of the Stevens Ranch Master Plan.

Written comments must be received  or postmarked by Thursday, December 16, 2021.
