Public Meeting to Discuss Code Changes for Middle Income Housing

The City of Bend will hold a “hybrid” public hearing before the Bend City Council on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. for the proposed SB 458 Bend Development Code amendments (attached).

FYI:  This meeting occurs on the same date/time as the City Council meeting where proposed Shelter Code changes will be voted on by the council.  Your household may elect to try and cover both meetings or choose the one most important to you.

You or anyone else may attend the hearing in person at 555 NE 15^th Street, Bend, OR 97701 (Bend Municipal Court building) or virtually (attendance instructions will be posted on the Council agenda at www.bendoregon.gov/councilagenda prior to the hearing).
