This is one last call to share and complete the Deschutes South Canyon Use Survey  The survey will be open through May 31. As of the writing of this email we are up to 1761 responses and the number keeps growing steadily. We think this land use issue is one that impacts all Bend residents. We have received a minimum of 32 responses from each Neighborhood, so we know that folks all over Bend have an opinion about the Deschutes South Canyon and its future.
Pertinent information is below. Feel free to forward this email to your members, friends, and family, post the information on your website, share through your social media, any method to get it out there is great.
Many thanks and hope you have a nice weekend,

The Deschutes South Canyon Use Survey will close soon!

The purpose of this survey is to learn how people use this special place and if and why it is important to maintain the land as it is.

Survey results will be shared with Bend City Councilors, City staff, Bend Parks and Rec, and the public to illustrate the importance of this undeveloped green space to our community.

Three Neighborhood Associations, Southwest Bend, Southern Crossing, and Century West, worked together to conduct this survey.

We’re getting very close to 2000 responses!! We would (of course!) love to get a couple thousand more, but 2000 is not bad!

Please help us on this last push – share it with your neighborhood, on your social media, text it to your friends, and make sure everyone in your household takes the survey (just use a different device for each person).

Let your opinion be known!

The survey is anonymous and only takes about 10 minutes.
