On behalf of Stevens Ranch LLC, DOWL will be hosting a neighborhood meeting on Tuesday, January 30th, at 6pm to discuss proposed tentative subdivision plans within the Stevens Ranch Master Plan area. As required by Bend Development Code (BDC) Chapter 4.1.215(B)(1), we are emailing both of you as the land use chairs of the Old Farm and Larkspur neighborhood associations to notify you of this meeting. We will be mailing out notifications to all properties within 500 feet of the subject property in the coming days. I have included the Zoom meeting info below as well.
