The Bend City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 7:00 pm to consider and accept public testimony on proposed amendments to the text of the Bend Comprehensive Plan, the Bend Development Code, and the Bend Transportation Plan and to the Bend Comprehensive Plan map.  The proposed amendments are intended for the Stevens Road Tract, located at 61200 27th Street, and identified as Tax Lot 100 on Deschutes County Assessor’s Map No. 18-12-11.

This meeting is being conducted in person at 710 NW Wall Street, Bend, OR, 97703 in the Bend City Hall Council Chambers and virtually (attendance instructions will be posted on the City Council agenda for the February 7, 2024 meeting athttps://www.bendoregon.gov/government/city-council/city-council-meeting-agendas-video. PLTEXT20230635 – proposed amendments to the text of the Bend Comprehensive Plan, the Bend Development Code, and the Bend Transportation System Plan to incorporate amendments to address Section 9 of HB 3318 (Oregon Laws 2021 Chapter 552) for the Stevens Road Tract.

PLCPMA20230636 – proposed amendments to the Bend Comprehensive Plan map to change the plan designation for the Stevens Road Tract from Urbanizable Area to plan designations based on Alternative 3 of the Stevens Road Tract Concept Plan.
