New Proposed Subdivision in Stevens Ranch

DOWL is holding a neighborhood meeting a regarding proposed tentative subdivision plan within the
Stevens Ranch Master Plan area. The proposed tentative subdivision plan is anticipated to create 120 lots
for single-family attached housing (townhomes) and 121 lots for single-family detached housing within
Phases RM-4, RM-5 and RS-8 of the master plan. The tentative subdivision plan will also create
development tracts for Phases C-2 and RH-1, but development within these phases is not being proposed
at this time. The general location of the proposed tentative subdivision plan is shown on the attached vicinity
map.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide a forum for surrounding property owners and residents to review
and discuss the proposed tentative subdivision plan in more detail prior to submittal of a land use application
to the City of Bend. This meeting will be held virtually via Zoom and is scheduled to occur at the following
time:
