JL Ward Development on Murphy Road, a recent consent agreement, and the Murphy Corridor Project
OFDNA submitted extensive comments (link here) regarding several deficiencies in the proposed designs submitted and will continue to work toward improvements benefiting the community.
Last Wednesday, City Council approved a consent agreement that would shift costs from this development to the City before the project has even been fully reviewed by staff.
City of Bend engineers may join us for this conversation, so it may be moved to the top of the agenda.
