Public Hearing: Application For New Community Development at 15th and Murphy (denied by Planning Commission)

On December 17, the City Council will hear an application from Pahlisch Homes for approval of the Union Master Plan. The proposal is for a 45.7 acre development on the land north of Murphy and between the BNSF railroad and 15 th Street.
