Stevens Tract Public Hearing

Here is the notice for the Master Plan, Annexation and Comprehensive Plan Amendments for Stevens Tract, presented by Hayden Homes. It consists of 260.6 acres, and proposes (generally) the following:
2,500 residences: 267 townhomes, 1,460 multi-plex units, 1188 apartments.
39.5 acres open space
23 acre park
12.3 acres for commercial and mixed employment
24 acres deeded to the City for affordable housing
The documents show Ferguson extending to Ward and Wilderness Way extended to Ward. They will vacate part of Stevens Road to align it with Reed Market.
The Traffic Analysis Memo (TAM) reflects an additional 18,220 daily trips for this project.
